Terms of Service
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the YouTube Tags browser extension and the website at www.tags-addon.com (together, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Gasymov Ali, registered in Kazakhstan at Almaty, prospekt Sejfullina, 416, 24 ("we", "us", "our"). When you use the Service, you are entering into a contract with us. You can reach us at alik0211alik@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. The Service
YouTube Tags is a lightweight browser extension that reveals the tags associated with YouTube videos so that you can research how videos are tagged and improve your own. The Service reads publicly available information on the YouTube pages you visit and displays it to you.
The Service is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their affiliates. YouTube may change its website at any time, which can affect or interrupt how the Service works.
4. Free trial and license
- Free trial. New users receive a 1-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.
- Lifetime license. After the trial, continued use requires a lifetime license available for a one-time payment of $49 USD (plus any applicable taxes). The license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for as long as we make it available.
- The license is for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer your license or account to anyone else.
5. Payments, taxes, and billing
Our order process and payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for all purchases of the Service, which means Paddle — not us — is responsible for the payment transaction, collecting and remitting applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, or sales tax), and issuing invoices.
By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, and related matters. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to allow anyone else to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose, or to send spam;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, scraping, or attempting to gain unauthorized access;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- use the Service in a way that violates YouTube's or Google's terms of service.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, documentation, branding, logos, and content we provide. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited license described above.
8. Third-party services
The Service works with, or relies on, third-party services including YouTube (the pages you view), Google Sign-In (for authentication), and Paddle (for payments). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the tags or other information it displays will be accurate or complete, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the license in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- your payment fails or is reversed;
- we reasonably believe there is a security or fraud risk; or
- you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
